Yesterday we took a tram ride thru the Megacavern in Louisville.  This was originally a massive quartz mine between 1933 and 1978.  I'm amazed at the number of uses the investors have found for the mine.  Its not just a tourist attraction.  They also have tram rides at Christmas with an underground light show, they store salt for the state for winter, they store peoples RVs & boats, and the business side appears to be expanding.

We arrived back at home around 2:30p today.  I think we were all overjoyed.  Nic ran up the driveway he was excited.
